TRAINING.

Like all good things in life, the Chicken Cottage magic is not something that just happens overnight! We’ve spent 25+ years getting this just right, and we want to share those decades of experience and expertise with you.

We want to give you everything you need to succeed as the owner of your own chain of restaurants, and enjoy all the rewards of being part of one of the UK’s most exciting brands.

Our well experienced operations team will train you, and your staff on every aspect of day-to-day operations. The training will be very practical and hands-on and will be delivered on site at your very first outlet, so that you and your people can gain a practical understanding of how to deliver the very high standards of service expected of the Chicken Cottage brand.

For subsequent restaurants in your multi-unit operations, you or your management team will be required to train new staff. However, our expert teams will be on hand to supervise and support you during this process.

ONGOING SUPPORT.

Your success and our success go together like wings and fries… you can’t have one without the other and this is why your set-up and training is just the beginning.

 

Our dedicated and knowledgeable Franchise Business Managers will be on hand to help you through training, locating and opening your first restaurant, and be by your side during your crucial first few days, weeks and months.

You will be continuously supported through your Chicken Cottage lifecycle by our Franchise Business Managers and Operations team all of whom have worked with global QSR brands, and with them bring combined wealth of expertise to our brand.

MARKETING SUPPORT.

We will also support you with pre-launch marketing to provide your first restaurant with the best possible start in your new territory. We’ll set up your outlet on our App and Loyalty programme and include promotional material, Meta and Google ads. Your location information and restaurant details will be optimised across all major platforms to help drive footfall to your store.
