An experienced and efficient project manager with over 25 years of operational experience, Kath worked with Coffee Republic implementing and developing their franchise strategy for both the UK and international estate.
Experienced marketing leader with 9 years of management prowess, known for adeptly navigating dynamic landscapes and implementing performance-driven strategies. Ria excels in negotiation, conversion optimisation, and leveraging digital strategies for substantial revenue growth for a diverse global clientele.

There have been many changes and lots of developments, the new branding changed the look of the company giving it a fresh look.
The business model is what attracted us to this company, and we have received good support from our Franchise Business Manager with all the training required, and regular check ups and updates always keep us on track. This past year with Chicken Cottage has helped my business reach new goals … since the pandemic, business has not been the same the struggles have been immense but as a franchise we have had a lot of help from our operations manger to help achieve better results. Even through these difficult times Chicken Cottage have helped launch our own app expanding and making the Chicken Cottage brand more stronger. We have had a lot of help from head office the support and guidance from them helps us thrive in our business … tasty new desserts have been launched and a lot of guidance regarding health and safety makes our lives a lot easier. They then take on board our feedback which makes life a lot easier and gives us hope for the future.
