As one of our franchisees, you will have exclusive access to dedicated mapped out territories in which to grow your Chicken Cottage portfolio. These areas are legally bound within the franchise agreement, meaning no one else can open a Chicken Cottage business within the outlined parameters. As a multi-unit franchise partner, you will control a minimum of 3 territories in which you can open your restaurants within a 3-5 year timeframe.
Our territories are calculated using both demographic data, delivery radius and advanced mapping techniques that take into account each territory’s unique population and geographical makeup.
We have taken every care to make sure that all of these territories are well balanced, and all have equal opportunities for success, as well as plenty of opportunity for growth far into the future.
We will assess each territory on a case by case basis and look carefully at each area’s potential.
